Dana Solof brings twenty years of Portland real estate experience to Spurlock & Co, where she runs operations and works alongside Carrie Spurlock to keep every listing and purchase moving smoothly, from the first conversation through closing day.
Most of Dana's career has been in commercial real estate. As a partner and senior managing director, she represented landlords, tenants, and investors across the Portland metro, negotiating leases for restaurants and retail brands, handling investment sales, and helping growing businesses find the right locations. She co-founded two commercial brokerages and held a principal role at an investment banking firm, after earlier work at Nike, Merrill Lynch, and the OHSU Foundation.
That background shapes how she approaches residential work. Dana reads contracts closely, knows how to structure a negotiation, and never loses sight of the fact that a home is usually a family's biggest financial decision. Clients get the rigor of a commercial transaction with the care a personal move deserves.
Dana holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Portland and a BA in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound and studied international economics at Trinity College Dublin. She is a licensed principal broker in the state of Oregon.
